Our
Mission The members of this
organization - by conviction, professional preparation and experience - are
committed to the importance of man. This commitment is based upon
certain beliefs that we, in common, hold to be true.
First among these is a belief in the dignity
and worth of every individual.
We believe, too, that each
person is entitled to a public education that will enable him/her to realize
their maximum human potential.
A third belief is that a rational method
exists by which problems that impede the process of education may be
solved.

Leadership
with a Vision
Keeping one eye focused
on the present with the other looking over the horizon, that might
be one way of describing leadership with a vision. It's sometimes
called intuition, or foresight. Some might simply call it good
planning. Whatever one calls it, we strive for it.
As our mission states, we value the dignity and
worth of every individual. We further believe that all students
are entitled to a public education that will empower them to
realize their professional and personal goals.
The gist of it all is that good educational
leaders working together mean good schools. And, good education
leaders are even better with the job security in their back
pockets that OSAS fights for and protects every day. That's our
priority. That's our vision. OSAS is doing its part to make the
dream a reality, day by day.
